Each alternate tier shows the estimated effect of that swap on your blended per-sq.ft rate, built from current Bengaluru market prices (per kg of steel, per bag of cement, per sq.ft of wall, tile, or paint, per bathroom, per point) and prorated across a typical home using standard construction ratios (≈4.25kg steel/sq.ft, ≈0.45 bags cement/sq.ft, painted area ≈ built-up area, floor area ≈ 85% of built-up, ~1 bathroom per 800 sq.ft, ~100 electrical points per 1,200 sq.ft).
